Cybernetic applications against COVID-19
Hyhlík, Pavel ; Lázna, Tomáš (referee) ; Chromý, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with possible solutions of the COVID-19 crisis, with the help of knowledge in the field of cybernetics. It describes problems that cause spread of the disease, precautions that have been made and possibilities for improvement of their efficiency using this specialization, or also new solutions. The advantages and disadvantages of particular solutions and their effect on spread will be analysed as well. A system for spacing monitoring is chosen and constructed from them.

Slavíková, Kateřina ; Pech, Milan (advisor) ; Czumalo, Vladimír (referee)
Dvizhenie (1962-1976) Experimental formation of the group and its presentation outside the USSR Abstract The bachelor's thesis focuses on the Moscow art group Dvizhenie, which was formed mainly thanks to the founding member, Lev Nusberg, at the beginning of the 1960s. The group was active until 1976 and during that time the group became one of the most comprehensive and distinguished formations in Soviet art at the time, mainly due to its experimental work. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the artistic development of the group. At the beginning, Dvizhenie drew from the Russian avant-garde of the 1920s, which shaped the first wave of kinetic art in Europe. The group's geometric works on paper gradually transfer into space. Eventually, Dvizhenie evolved in its work towards a kinetic sculpture which was experiencing a renaissance throughout and beyond Europe in the 1950s. Movement as an artistic expression led the group to experiment with cybernetics - its members combined this new technology with modern psychology focused on the perception of artworks and scenography. The group's peak was cyber theatre, which primarily wanted to engage all the audience's senses. The second part of the thesis focuses on the relationship of Dvizhenie with the totalitarian policy of the USSR. Surprisingly, the...

Cybercrime and global governance of cyberspace
Šorf, Alexandr ; Rolenc, Jan Martin (advisor) ; Machoň, Miloslav (referee)
The main theme of the work is global governance of cyberspace. The objective of the thesis is to assess the threat of cybercrime to global governance of cyberspace. The first chapter helps to create a theoretical framework for the thesis through definition of the main concepts. Second chapter analyzes cybercrime. The goal is to better understand cybercrime as a whole, its different types and its process. The content of the third chapter is an analysis of the history of cybercrime as well as the international law of cyberspace (as a key component of global governance). The objective of this study is to analyze sociocybernetics and its possible impacts on fileds of sociology and psychology, as well as digestedly compile fragments of interactive media and social networks, which can be directly linked to negative sociological and psychological effects. The study involves the overview, comparison and issues of rating systems as well as their application in countries of EU. The study also involves trends related to ICT and the internet in czech environment. This section is based on combination of results of long-term sociological study created by Doc. PhDr. Petra Saka CSc., and results of own research.
